- Must have prior load planning/ Freight dispatching experience.
- Must be Experienced in load booking and driver dispatching for 20-40 truck fleet.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- Able to work efficiently under a lot of pressure.
- Understand DOT regulations.
- Must have computer skills as well.
- Must have knowledge of DOT Regulations.
- Problem resolving.
- Answer and make calls.
- Must be able to multitask, and use time effectively
