Experienced heavy duty diesel mechanic wanted. Desired candidate must be proficient with all aspects of fleet maintenance and repair, including but not limited to: tire changes, brake changes, engine work, engine replacement, airline systems, air conditioning systems, driver communication as needed, and other duties as assigned. Knowledge of DOT safety regulations as it pertains to safe operation of company vehicles. Managing and keeping clear records of maintenance files for insurance and DOT audits. Successful candidate must be a self-motivated individual as you will be in a managerial position with limited oversight. A team-oriented mindset and ability to work positively with others is a strong advantage. Request at least 10 years of experience in heavy duty diesel mechanic industry and provide your own tools.
