- S. degree with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience or MS with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Strong Chemistry background and regulatory compliance related to Safety Data Sheet (SDS) preferable
- Strong understanding of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) information as well as guidelines like OSHA, EPA, DOT, and IATA.
- Able to take the initiative in keeping current with regional regulations and company policies.
- Demonstrated experience in using and troubleshooting laboratory systems and applications (LIMS, etc.)
- Capable to communicate effectively complex ideas in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to diverse teams at different levels of the organization
- Coordinated and maintain data management and related system activities critical to the daily distribution and logistics operation of biological and chemical materials to various field, controlled environments, and laboratory setting sites.
- Routinely interaction with laboratory teams to solve problems and identify areas of improvements
- Identify and assist in the resolution of lab system issues to minimize disruption to operations.
- Maintain the data and generate Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for R&D materials within North America in partnership with Global Sample Logistics and Substance.
- Maintain label formats for shipping chemical and other materials
- Participate in system and process integration.
- Participate in data management, analysis, and reporting activities, including maintenance of appropriate records.
