Be part of a team comprised of developers, quality advocate engineers, and user experience exerts working closely with clients to develop proprietary applications and software for our customers. Analyze customers' business processes, breaking them down to business requirements, recommending system solutions to create Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and developing custom applications and software, utilizing primarily Java, Scala, Spring, MySQL, and OracleDB. Create, test and implement distributed microservice architecture using the Spring framework for cloud deployments. Work in an open and collaborative agile environment applying best practices from the Agile processes, such as Kanban, Scrum, Lean and utilizing the Test Driven Development (TDD) process to create unit and automated tests using Spring framework Mocks, JNDI, Servlet APIs and Spring Web Reactive. Compile suites of tests to perform load testing on created software using frameworks such as JMeter and/or Gatling. Create, test and deploy code using supporting or ancillary frameworks and languages such as but not limited to; C#, PHP, Python, Drupal, JavaScript (jQuery, Angular, React and Node.js), ASP.Net, Akka, Google Guice & Guava, VB Script, JSON, HTML, XHTML and XML. Create, deploy, scale, and manage applications on servers utilizing Git, Bash, Docker, and Kubernetes. Creating and maintaining automated builds utilizing deployment pipeline tools such as Google Datastore, Google cloud, Gitlab CI and/or Jenkins, Bamboo.
Position requires Master's or equivalent-level degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or closely related field., plus 2 years of experience performing the duties of this position.
