The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians at the SPSC
manufacturing site. This is a key role in the maintenance department, ensuring the team practices
precision maintenance, participates in the work flow process, completes assigned scheduled work, and
provides excellent customer service to the operations teams. This is a great role for a person with a
technical background (maintenance/engineering technician, manufacturing/project engineer) looking for

● Monitors and optimizes plant performance through SCADA systems.

● Is available on call for emergency repairs as needed to keep the plant in good running order.
● Leads by example and practices good safety procedures in order to keep self and others injury
free. Follows EHS policies and procedures.
● Performs and/or directs preventative maintenance on plant facilities and equipment as well as
Mobile/Service DI water treatment equipment.
● Provides leadership to the Maintenance staff and directs the maintenance operations

● Minimum of 3 years of Electrical install, repair, and maintenance work experience to include
electronic troubleshooting, PLC programming, and 480V 3 Phase electrical repair and
maintenance experience.
