Job Description

Lead team responsible for delivering business process outcomes including the people, data processes and financial investments, Lead annual operational planning and budgeting processes, Establish structured metrics reports, dashboards, or related analytical tools to provide leadership relevant and timely insights to effectively execute on business priorities Lead cross-functional process and program improvement efforts to accommodate rapid and increasing growth and volume, Lead special projects and programs that advance business process and organizational competencies and capabilities. People Management Responsibilities: Manage routine associate situations, Direct the work efforts and results of a team of associatesDevelop team goals and manage them for results, Develop associates through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting and development planningPromote diversity and create a respectful work environment. Working Environment Hybrid or Remote This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. #LI-Hybrid #Remote

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of total combined higher education and related work experience including:
    • At least 3 years of system engineering and/or system architecture work experience
    • At least 7 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
      • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with FedRamp• Experience with NIST 800-53• Experience with Risk Management Framework• Experience with AWS and Cloud Services• Effectively demonstrate knowledge of how to architect and use automation to deploy secure and robust applications on AWS technologies• Define solutions using architectural design principles with hands-on experience using AWS Services• Hands-on experience with AWS deployment and management services• Ability to identify and define technical requirements for on premise solutions
