Job Description
As a Data Migration Lead Interface Architect you will Lead interface projects and provide senior level guidance to associates and clients for interface architecture and design. Analyze clients' business requirements and application objectives to develop a data migration and conversion programs that meet their needs. Monitor interface project progress to assess and manage project risk and ensure quality assurance. Design complex interfaces to align to project scope. Lead interface design and specification review sessions with clients. Serve as subject matter expert across interface community and drive interface testing strategies with solution teams. Working Environment Hybrid or Remote This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. #LI-Hybrid #RemoteQualifications Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or relevant degree or equivalent work experience.
- Basic Knowledge of Linux commands, Scripting and DB - MS SQL and Oracle queries.
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of Healthcare information technology
- At least 10 years of related work experience and completed education
- At least 3 years of system engineering and/or system architecture experience
- At least 1 year of HL7 work experience
- Willing to travel up to 10% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
