Job Description

Cerner is currently hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who can utilize advanced data analysis skills to explain business issues and financial implications to leadership and various teams. In this position, you will leverage broad knowledge across the organization to address business issues, identify, and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences as well as drive high-impact process change and/or workflow improvements, drive identified business initiatives, project delivery, and propose remediation to cross-domain process and data issues. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will coach and mentor other associates. Working Environment Hybrid & Onsite: No Relocation Assistance Offered This position offers a Hybrid & Onsite working environment. Meaning you will split working time between a Cerner office or client site and remote. If your current geographical location requires relocating, Cerner will not offer relocation assistance to the specified location. #LI-Hybrid

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • At least 4 years of Business Analytics work experience
    • At least 4 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
      • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or Statistics

Expectations
  • Willing to travel up to 20%, or as needed
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
