Job Description

As a

Senior Data Analyst, you will consult on data and modelling impacts, guiding clients through interdependencies and analysis decision impacts. You will execute project deliverables with other data analytics team stakeholders. You will evaluate data sets for analytical possibilities and pitfalls. You will transform data as appropriate for specific team functions or processes. You will conduct statistical testing and exploratory data analysis. You will create data visualizations leveraging design and data presentation guides. You will pinpoint trends, correlations and patterns in complex data sets. You will apply subject matter expertise to complex data analytic challenges. Working Environment REMOTE This position offers a Remote working environment. Meaning you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. There could be times you will be requested to travel and/or visit a Cerner office or client site. #Remote

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education; including:
    • At least 2 years of data analytics and/or statistics work experience, including experience in quantitative or statistical analysis, data mining, predictive or statistical modeling, applied programming, data management, data transformation, data visualization and/or quantitative or statistical research
    • At least 6 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education; including:
      • Bachelor of Actuarial Science, Analytics, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to understand, model and drive business process improvements in support of or based on data analysis
  • Desire to engage with senior leaders on highly visible analyses and initiatives
Expectations
  • Willing to travel up to 10% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
