Location: Weldon Spring, MO Description: Our partner is looking for a Website Analytics Manager for their eBusiness organization. This group is focused on creating a customer-centric experiences and is responsible for driving a multi-billion euro channel which supports 40 million visitors and transacts millions of orders each year.

Your role:

  • The Website Analytics Manager will lead the development of insightful and actionable analytical solutions to support the eBusiness organization and customer experience initiatives, helping shape both the website and strategy in alignment with overall corporate/financial objectives.
  • Effectively communicate critical trends, key insights, and recommendations as it pertains to website analytics with executives across the organization; build and present data analysis/scenario planning, create/supplement presentation materials for executives
  • Leverage data to deep dive on trends and develop data-driven solutions to complex business problems; complete ad hoc analysis to identify further improvement opportunities
  • Provide reporting and analysis to monitor and optimize corporate website and act as web analytics subject matter expert for company
  • Provide analysis for data-driven optimizations for corporate websites Run analysis of key trends to identify priority areas for optimization of buyer journey
  • •Define and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Create reports and dashboards to analyze performance from traffic to conversion through to leads and pipeline
  • Manage A/B and multivariate testing
  • Prepare regular updates for executives and stakeholder groups, presenting findings and reports to stakeholders as needed
  • Assist in the development of web forecasts
  • Help internal stakeholders understand website data
  • Provide guidance to other stakeholders on web analytics.
  • Stay abreast of the latest analytics techniques
  • Create and execute a roadmap to advance our web analytics capabilities
  • Drive tagging strategy and work with teams to execute. Review Google Analytics website tagging and tracking through Google Tag Manager.
  • Work with other eBusiness teams to improve end-to-end processes impacting data quality and analysis
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience working in hands-on analytical roles
  • 5+ years' experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
  • 5+ years' experience using business intelligence, data visualization, & reporting tools such as Tableau and Data Studio
  • 5+ years' experience presenting complex analytical information to executive leadership
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Experience in using web analytics applications such as Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager 360 and implementing scripts
  • Experience with strategy around pixels and website tagging
  • Proficiency with A/B and Multivariate testing tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc.) and concepts
  • Expert understanding of KPIs and reporting/analytical tools
  • Experience developing various forecasting and analytical models
  • Experience in or with digital marketing for lead generation, channels, sources, best practices and KPIs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar field
  • Considerable experience managing website testing at scale (e.g., 10+ concurrent tests running continually)
  • 3+ years' experience of managing a team of analysts
  • Experience with a wide variety of website architecture and knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or jQuery
  • Experience managing out-sourced vendors
  • Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive analytics
  • Proven statistical analytical skills such as clustering and trend analysis
  • Proven experience building test plans that continuously improve buyer journey and lead generation initiatives
