We are searching for a Management team for an upscale Mobile Home Park in Billings MT. Some experience preferred, but will will train the correct quality team. Office person must have strong collection capabilities, work well with the public. Able to follow instructions, enforce our rules fairly and to the best interest of the property. Must have some computer experience and be able to learn our billing and rent program. Outside person needs to be a self starter, able to trouble shoot problems with minor water and sewer issues. Must be able to perform grounds Maintenance, as well as minor repairs and maintenance on the equipment. Must have a valid drivers License and be insurable. Must pass background check. This is a full time salaried position, to include housing and utilities. and personal time as well as paid vacation.
