Northwest Hardware is a growing, Montana based company with five stores across the state. We have been in operation since 2006 and have future growth opportunities for staff available.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic Manager that can lead and coach a sales oriented team in a positive professional environment and have the ability recruit and train a high caliber team, in the greater Billings area. The Manager role models our culture of trust, fairness, integrity, and accountability in accordance with our company.
What will you do?
Responsible for stores financial performance including Sales, Budgets, and Profits.
Drive achievement of store customer service satisfaction goals and standards
Ensure Customer service Relationship Management is executed to build business
Ability to interact comfortably and enthusiastically with customers in a retail hardware setting to drive sales.
Direct execution of store visual standards
Conduct associate performance and reviews
Supervise and perform effective coaching, training and counseling to all associates
Interact with corporate
Other duties as assigned and associated with daily management of a vibrant growing business

What do we require?
4 + years prior retail in supervisory role
Flexibility to work retail schedules such as morning, nights, weekends and some holidays
Hardware knowledge highly desired.
