OVERVIEW:

S. Conley Sales, Inc. is a Manufacturer Rep Agency for the Commercial HVAC industry, headquartered in Bozeman Montana. We have three offices serving territories in Montana, Wyoming, and the Northern tier Counties of Colorado as well as the Nebraska Panhandle. This opportunity is for someone who is looking to apply their engineering and sales skills in the commercial HVAC Engineering and Contractor community.

We currently have a position available in our Casper, Wyoming office. This is an opportunity to serve our customer base as an Outside Sales Engineer within the Wyoming, Northern Colorado and Nebraska Panhandle territory.

You will be the face to the customer, specifically the Engineer, Contractor and Owner. It is vital you have excellent customer service and communication skills. You should possess thorough and current knowledge of the construction process. You need to have a strong technical, design, and mechanical understanding of the tools and equipment involved in the HVAC industry. Subsequently, you must also have expertise in explaining technical information and directing HVAC Technical staff (both in-house and third party) across the spectrum of manufacturers we represent. You will need leadership and organization skills to manage our everyday activities by implementing and building on systems and processes to ensure best in-class service.

TOP FIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage Owner, Engineer and Contractor relationships

2. Equipment selection/layout

3. Equipment pricing/Bid Execution

4. Project management and delivery of project

5. Equipment troubleshooting and Manufacturer interface to resolve issues

ROLE:

You will be part of our Wyoming Team, responsible for equipment sales in the territory of WY, Northern CO, and the panhandle of NE. You will play a significant role in the success of the team, by bringing strong technical experience to help develop the best HVAC systems to fit our customer's needs. This position involves interfacing with consultant design engineers, owners, and contractors, as well as your internal team. You will report directly to the company Sales Director or Operations Manager. You will have a performance metric scorecard by which you can measure your progress and performance. The goal is to strive every day to bring your best, to understand what the customer needs, understand if we can deliver it, and then be the best at providing it.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5-10+ Years HVAC equipment sales/design experience, engineering degree can be a +

Background knowledge interfacing with design engineers, contractors and owners.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Programs

COMPENSATION/ HOURS:

Base Salary DOE + Performance Bonus Comp Plan

Standard shift is 8 AM to 5 PM and will shift and expand to meet position and objectives and client needs.

Probationary period of 6 Months then, fulltime benefits including; matching 401K, health insurance with HSA plan, 2-weeks personal time off and sick leave
