Full time, Hourly Position responsible for Fabrication and Assembly of Custom Commercial Cabinetry and Millwork. We are a high tech, progressive, and growing cabinetry manufacturing facility.
This is a great long term position with a starting wage of $16.00 to $20.00 per hour DOE, with a $1,000.00 Signing Bonus. Compensation also includes an outstanding benefits package as follows: 100% Company Paid Insurance Premiums for Medical, Dental and Vision (for the Employee and Family), Vacation Pay, and 401K/Profit Sharing. In addition, our amazing Health/Dental/Vision Insurance Program has a $575.00 deductible for one person, and $1,150.00 deductible for the family. Health Insurance would start after 240 hours of service. The Insurance Program also provides a Term Life Insurance Policy that is two (2) times your annual wages. As well as, a Long Term Disability Policy that is 60% of your monthly wages, up to $10,000.00 per month.
Responsibilities include:
Working knowledge of Cabinet Fabrication and Assembly.
Ability to read Shop Drawings.
Operate hand tools, table saws, edge banders, and all other equipment pertaining to cabinet and millwork manufacturing.
Candidates must have the ability to work independently, work completely and accurately under time constraints and deadlines, possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Work weeks are Monday through Thursday 6:30am to 5:00pm. Sometimes Fridays when overtime is required.
