We are seeking a full-time Training Specialist to work Monday - Friday, 830 am - 430 pm, as a one-on-one care provider for an individual in our facility-based day program.
Duties include:
one-on-one client consistent support and supervision
engage client in community and downtime activities
assist with personal care as needed
provide transportation for specific client and agency as needed
ability to properly secure wheelchair in vehicle
documentation of daily activities
effective communication with family and managers
