Office Assistant
Who are we?
KR Rauch Company is Montana and Northern Wyoming's Distributor of Wilson. Wilson is a manufacturer of quality Livestock, Grain, Flatbeds/Dropdecks,Self-Unloading Belt Conveyor, and Gooseneck Livestock Trailers. We have a large selection of new and experienced trailers coming in daily, alongside, a Parts and Service department waiting to troubleshoot client challenges.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Billings, MT!
'Day in the life':
Point person for mailing, shipping, supplies, and bills.
Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Manage and control all posted documents, New titles/Title Transfers, and additions and changes to inventory
Is this you?
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
What do we require?
Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
Experience with QuickBooks
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
