Currently seeking a FT Office Manger in Bozeman to keep up with the day to day duties. Essential Job Duties: Handle incoming calls from current tenants and asking questions of potential new tenants. Address customer issues and respond to all inquiries that may include billing and grievances. Handle each call with professionalism. Possess a working knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets. Hold a thorough understanding of Rules and Regulations of the park. Provide timely and accurate information to upper management. Enter and update tenant account information. Process billing statement.
