Pit Crew (Full/part time, day & evenings)
PIT RANK EXPLAINED:
PIT CREW - cashier, utility and block assist - all employees must be certified Pit Crew Members to work in one of our restaurants
PIT MASTER - coveted position in each restaurant - only the Pit Master is certified to prep and smoke our signature proteins and works the block carving the meats for the guests.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Stand for long periods of time
Work around heat
Work around others in close quarters
Work with various cleaning products
