Locally owned & operated waste hauler is looking for a fun, energetic person to join our Team. We are looking for a customer service representative. Candidate must be able to communicate with customers in person OR over the phone in a professional and friendly matter. We are a fast-paced company that holds customer service to the highest of standards.
Duties will include answering phones, taking messages, filing paperwork and misc. office duties. Candidate needs to be comfortable on a computer with Email, Word, Excel, navigating the web, proficient in typing etc. Willingness to learn our routing/client software is a must. Candidate will also be signing up new clients, doing data entry and coordinating deliveries, so attention to detail is imperative. Must be able to read maps; knowledge of the area is a plus but not required.
This is a full-time position. M-F 8am-5pm with some weekends required (home shows, parades etc.) Pay $- DOE. Benefits include: Health, Vision, Dental, 401K with profit sharing and paid Vacation after 6 months.
