CASE will be hiring a full time/seasonal Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Technician for the 2020 Construction Season. CASE is an employer that recognizes the importance of a healthy work/life balance and can provide a flexible work schedule tailored to individual needs.
The technician will follow the direction of the Laboratory and Field Manager in order to perform testing operations.
Responsibilities:
-Read and interpret construction documents and ASTM Standards
-Perform routine sampling of soils, aggrefates, concrete , and asphalt
-Perform calculations and data collection of testing results
-Transport and use field testing equipment
-Provide clear descriptive documentation of field and laboratory activities
Communicate field observations Constrcution Managaers
Qualifications:
-Clean Driving Record
-Transport and handle hazardous materials (training provided)
-Carry 40-75 pounds regularly
-High School Education
-Understand and use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-ACI Field Concrete Level I, WAQTC, and Portable Nuclear Gauge trained candidates will be considered more seriously
