The right candidate must have the following qualities:
- Serious commitment to flavorful food, made from scratch utilizing fresh ingredients.
- Impeccable plate presentation
- A cook who is timely and efficient in their daily work and tasks.
- Someone thatis open minded, personable, and accountable.
