We've got 3 amazing drive-thru (Espresso to Go (check us out on Facebook and catch a little bit of our vibe)) coffee shops in 4 corners and Belgrade, and Bozeman!
We're looking for someone to be a steady presence at our 4 Corners Shop for 25-30 Hours/week.
The shifts we're currently looking to have covered would be a combination of 6A-12P and 7:30A-12P and 7:30A-10A
Weekend availability is a must (But not every weekend)
We've also end up with lots of other potential shifts at our other locations, so usually finding some extra hours isn't an issue.
Some people may not expect it from a drive-thru shop, but we've got a true passion for putting out the best product. It is a really fun and energetic place to work.
A couple questions you may have.
Do I have to have coffee experience?
-No, we really need someone with a great attitude that fits the attitude and feel of our shops.
Previous knowledge is great, but you can learn and love to make great drinks.
Do I have to be a generally cheerful person and present a good attitude?
-Absolutely. What's better than our coffee? Our customer service. We strive the be the best part of our customers day. Eternal optimists are a great fit around here.
Will I have to work weekends?
-Yes, we're open 364 days a year, and 365 days in leap-years. People want and need their coffee every day. And we need people to serve them!
How much are tips?
Tips usually average an extra $3-5/hour.
