The 2nd Street Bistro is looking to fill the Garde Manger/Fireman position!
Duties include but are not limited to: setting up and breaking down the cold station, preparing salads and desserts, knife skills, making homemade pasta, basic prep duties, maintaining a clean, organized and sanitary workspace, proper handling of food, etc.
Hours would be 3pm to close Wednesday through Sunday. The Bistro is closed on Mondays and Tuesday so you get a guaranteed 2 days off in a row.
