Big Sky Vacation Rentals is looking for full-time Lead Property Manager.

The Lead Property Manager is responsible for the day to day management and care of their assigned portfolio of homes, ensuring that each home is properly prepared with the highest level of care prior to the arrival of each incoming Guest or Homeowner. The Lead Property Manager must provide leadership and training to the greater Property Management team regarding all aspects of the operation.

Maintaining properties at a world-class level requires a Lead Property Manager that takes ownership of all aspects of the properties they manage to ensure the Homeowners and Rental Guests are highly satisfied with the condition of their home.

Lead Property Manager Essential Functions (not a complete list):

Responsible for day to day management and care of an assigned portfolio of homes.

Work closely with the Homeowners, other Property Managers, Guests, and all other Team Members and Contractors involved.

Manage Assistant Property Managers task lists and assignments.

Work closely with the Head Property Manager to grow and refine all aspects of the operation, including systems, training and technology

Have outstanding communication skills.

Ability to think like the Homeowner / Guest in order to meet their needs in advance.

Develop and maintain quality relationships with homeowners.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends

2+ years of property management experience.

Substantial knowledge of home systems, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Manage the recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training process for Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers.
