The Gallatin River Lodge is looking for a part time breakfast cook. This position will be 2 days a week from 7am till 12pm normally. You will be covering the AM chefs days off and will be expected to do the following but not limited to: Prepare ala carte breakfast for lodge guests, prep and re stock all par levels of mise en place, responsible for family meal for all lodge workers in the morning, cleaning and sanitation.
