We are looking for part time prep cooks for events this summer. Hours are flexible. We are looking for someone to start in June 2019. Reliable transportation is required.Please send a resume or a description of why you would be great for this position.
Essential Functions:
Prepare food for events by following a menu in accordance with proper food preparation methods.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Prepares food for all events for the Chef de Cuisine to cook
-Inspects food preparation and serving ares to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
-Cleans kitchen as necessary and at direction of the Chef de Cuisine, including doing dishes.
-Follows recipes and utilizes personal judgement based on culinary experience to season food appropriately.
-Follows recipe books as well as event policies and procedures
-Other duties may be assigned.
