Here at Constructive Solutions we don't go about construction in the same manner as most firms. We like to think outside the box, which apparently clients like because we are busy and growing.
We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals of all skills and experience levels to join our production team (good organization and communication skills are required). MUST be able to show up for work on time and have all tools and materials necessary to complete your day. CSI will provide you with the basic tools you need when you're hired. No construction knowledge necessary, but preferred, on-site and computer training will take place. No two days will ever be the same. Every team member works on different aspects of each project. Projects are mainly in the Gallatin Valley. We currently have a project towards Livingston. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required as well as a smartphone - we use two free apps in our day to day operations that you will be required to download and use daily. Part time is possible if you're able to work full days or at least 4 hours at a time. Know someone with the opposite schedule as you, we're up for job sharing.
CSI is a design and build firm with architecture, prefabricated framing, custom concrete, remodel, service work and commercial construction divisions. We are dedicated to building well-crafted energy efficient homes and buildings alike. We also construct furniture, decorative pieces, counter tops and pretty much anything else a client can think of.
