Excavation Foreman needed for small company with big jobs. In this position you must have no less than 3 yrs experience in these following areas:
-Ability to prep dirt work for asphalt and concrete in a timely manner. ( Finish with Dozer and Skidsteer)
-Experience and knowledge of proper procedures installing water/sewer/storm mains with safety and integrity. (Lead Excavator, trench safety to include the use of shoring)
-Motivate, lead, and teach others with ability to read blue prints/stakes/and run a jobsite.
-Organization is required for keeping track of day to day activities.
-CDL required or the ability to get one
-Bonuses based on production

Operators Needed! Knowledge digging/back filling for installation of water/sewer utilities. Commercial foundations dug and back filled. Need operators for finish grading of parking lots and roads. Need to be able to read plans/grades. $21 and up to start DOE. Health Insurance available after 60 days.
Laborers/operators helpers that are interested in learning the excavation trade or already have experience. Ability to do math and lift/shovel/general labor. You will be working outside in all elements. There are opportunities for advancement.
$17 and up to start DOE. Health insurance available after 60 days.
