The gist:
Full-time, seasonal.
May - October.
"4-10s" most of the summer (Fridays reserved as weather days, spring-clean days, and watering days).
$27/hour with a chance for a raise mid-season ($26/hour without a driver's license).
Year-end bonus.
Flat-rate commuter stipend of $25/day if coming from Bozeman/Belgrade area.
What a Horticulture Crew Member does:
Oversee health of all plants (flowers, trees, and shrubs) at client properties in Big Sky.
Maintain and water flower gardens.
Prune all plants.
Weed and fertilize garden beds at residential properties.
