In-House Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer position available in Manhattan, Montana (15 minutes west of Bozeman on I-90). This is an ON SITE, part time position in a great office environment. Hours are flexible, but must be in office at least three days a week.
Company Description: We are a locally based corporation with real estate offices in Manhattan and Belgrade, and other local businesses primarily centered on real estate, development(s), and technology.
Job Description: As our Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer, you’ll be coordinating, overseeing and strategizing all marketing efforts for our companies, as well as designing material needed for all marketing efforts. This is a fast paced and ever-changing environment to be in, and new projects will come your way regularly. Applicants need to be a resourceful, quick learning, efficient and self-motivated. Applicants should have no less than 4 years of experience in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field. Real Estate Photography or past real estate experience would be a big plus for applicants.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Marketing and/or related degree, or extensive and applicable Marketing / Sales experience
· Graphic design (primarily Adobe programs)
· Design skills in print & online media
· Video editing
· Targeted advertising
· Social media
· Content writing/grammar
· Real Estate Photography
· SEO and Google AdWords knowledge
· Website management
· Lead Generation and Management
· Real Estate knowledge or experience is a huge plus, but not required.
This position is available now, but we will wait for the right applicant.
This is a part time position (3 days per week), but can possibly be full time depending on experience, productivity and photography skills. Pay is competitive and based on experience.
