-Ability to lift 40 lbs
-Desire to work directly with the customer - face to face, phone and/or email.

-Cash handling experience
Job Duties:
- Provide superior customer service
-Handle complaints in a professional manner
-Sell and educate customers on "The UPS Store" products and services.
-Sort USPS mail to our mailbox holders
-Packing items to UPS packing standards
-Operate all equipment - copy machines, fax, computers, POS system, CMS system, binding machines phones, etc
-Handle exchange of cash, check or credit cards
