Position Title: Full-Stack Web Developer

Each day you’ll work to develop new sites or modify our existing clients’ projects with a team of other developers, planners, designers and content specialists.
You’ll be responsible for successfully developing websites and custom web apps for clients across Montana and the region. Our team works through the specifications and designs the artwork so you can focus on development.
You’ll be responsible for working with your teammates to review each others’ work and ensure that the work is complete, accurate and thrills our clients.Qualifications:
“Deal-Breakers”:Must be fluent and experienced with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5 and current web development techniquesMust have successfully built and can demo multiple custom websites that you personally developed and of which you’re proudBe and continue to be self-taught, whether you have gone to school for development or notBe passionate about elegant technology and be able to recognize the terrible solutions commonly found onlineKnowledge, skills and abilities:Strong communication skills, both written and verbalHigh emotional intelligencePositive attitude and a sense of fun - life is too short for anything butMust work well with others“Nice-to-haves”:Enjoys MacsHave an understanding of modern responsive designUnderstand accessibility and how it impacts developmentUnderstand how development impacts SEOExperience building and managing web serversCompensation:
