ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an IT Support Agent, you will be a tech-savvy individual that assists with all IT related activities within Under Canvas. Must have excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving abilities, outstanding communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office 365, basic knowledge of relational databases and computer networking, be quick to grasp new concepts and be a fantastic team player.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPPORTING STAYNTOUCH AND WINDSURFER CRS:
Fix software configuration issues
Complete set up for new locations
Load Rates & Inventory
User and security group maintenance
Act as a liaison between end users higher level
ASSIST WITH ADMINISTRATION OF MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 TENANT:
Add/Remove users and groups
Assist users with Office 365 products (OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
Help to find additional ways to utilize Office 365 to streamline workflows
ASSIST WITH CONFIGURATION OF ALL 3RD PARTY SITES AND APPLICATIONS:
Expedia Partner
Booking.com
Airbnb
Glampinghub
Google Analytics
OnSIP
Zoom
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCs, printers, mobile devices and networks
Configuration and troubleshooting of restaurant POS Systems
Maintain and troubleshoot VoIP system and equipment
Help resolve challenges setting up Internet connections in remote locations
Assist with training of employees on technology systems
Creating technical documentation and instructional manuals
Assisting whenever someone has a question about IT and cannot resolve it on their own
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Ability to work well with others, assisting with all technical abilities and levels
Experience with providing support for various operating systems, networking and desktop apps
Previous Help Desk Support
Skilled in remote systems monitoring and management
EDUCATION:
Post High School Training & Education, College, Technical/Trade School or Computer Sources
