Our Paint Shop Workers duties include prepping and spraying or staining doors and trim parts, packaging the finished product, maintenance of equipment and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a Full-Time position. Normal days of work are Mondays through Fridays; shift availability may vary. Hours may need to be extended or adjusted at any time, with or without notice, to meet the needs of the organization.
Responsibilities include, but are limited to, the following:
Prepare product for spraying
Paint or stain doors and trim parts to order
Package finished products
Perform maintenance and inspections of equipment
Read and understand orders as received
Review all finished goods to ensure accuracy and quality of work
Analyze and resolve work problems
Work to maintain a safe and clean work environment
Enact company policies and abide by safety regulations
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
