Position Available: Maintenance & Operations
SUMMARY:
The Maintenance & Operations role is responsible for coordinating with other team members to ensure that vacation rental guests and long-term tenants are provided with an exceptional level of service in response to questions, concerns or requests. By maintaining properties to high standards and ensuring guests have everything they need.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Maintaining homes in a mountain setting
Dealing with metal roofs, management of roof snow removal
Maintaining Boilers and HVAC systems
Repairing/installing minor plumbing issues
Repairing/installing minor electrical
Carpentry work and repair
Snow Removal
Landscape Maintenance
Preparing houses for guest and owner arrivals
Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Contractors, Housekeeping, Maintenance) as necessary to resolve guest/tenant issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
College Degree preferred
Minimum of two years' experience in customer service
Excellent telephone etiquette and written communication skills
Valid Driver's License
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong knowledge of Gmail, google docs, google sheets, etc
Hard working
Self driven
Friendly and outgoing
Must possess a positive attitude
Must be willing to participate in a growing/changing work environment
Must be able to quickly adapt to effectively using multiple guest reservation platforms
Must be dependable and available to work on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
