Receptionist sought for office with great environment and team. No healthcare experience is specifically required, but other relevant customer service experience would be necessary. Hotel, hospitality, and guest relations certifications and experience valued. Duties include scheduling, billing and insurance related tasks, calling patients, cleaning, and organization. Dependability, personality, and maturity are important traits for our team members to possess. Paperless office with electronic medical records software. Must have computer skills sufficient to use EMR software efficiently. Occasional travel to a different office could be required for training or to fill-in for a sick coworker.
