The UPS Store #1204 in Butte is seeking to fill a part-time Retail Customer Service position.

20 25 hrs/week; Saturdays on a rotating basis
Starting at $10.00/hour DoE
Store hours are 7:30 6:00 M-F, 9:00 2:30 Saturday.
Training is provided
Job requirements:
Convey an energetic, positive attitude
Proficiency with Point of Sale systems and computers
Strong organizational skills and ability to function well when busy
Desire to work with the public over-the-counter, on the phone and via email
Professional oral communication skills and appearance
Proficiency reading, writing, and typing
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work as an integral member of The UPS Store team, achieve team goals, assist co-workers, and
train new employees
Customer service and cash handling experience
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Preferred skills
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite software
Experience and/or interest in marketing and sales

Job responsibilities/duties
Provide superior customer service
Make customers aware of The UPS Stores products and services, and how they may help meet customers needs
Sort mail and packages
Pack packages to UPS standards
Operate store equipment and software, including point-of-sale computers, copy machines, laminator, fax, etc.
Handle the exchange of cash
Address complaints and/or upset customers by listening and understanding customers needs, providing quick solutions and giving high priority to customer satisfaction
Restocking merchandise
Light cleaning
