Summary:
As a custodian, you will perform janitorial duties as directed by a crew lead and/or management. You will clean inside buildings and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, among other custodial duties.

In the position of Custodian, you will learn:

Education/Experience:
We prefer applicants with at least six months custodial experience, but this is not a requirement.
You must have respect and empathy for individuals with disabilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is an hourly paid position.
Pay is issued every two weeks.
As required by the Service Contract Act, Skils'kin pays an additional fringe benefit toward the employee's health and welfare benefits which includes options for medical, dental, vision life insurance, and 401K.
Employees also earn paid time off.
Other Requirements:
Must pass background check.
Must pass Malmstrom Air Force Base Federal Background check.
Preference will be given to those with documented disabilities.
