Join an established 50+ bed community hospital to play a vital role as the Hospital Director Critical Care RN to ensure safe patient-centered care. This hospital serves multiple counties in the Montana area and provides many inpatient and outpatient services. Inpatient services range from Surgery to Respiratory Care to Orthopedics. The Hospital Director Critical Care RN will report to the Chief Nursing Officer. Supported by two knowledgeable Critical Care RN Managers, the Critical Care Director will lead a major department and focus on ensuring the department is successful and patients are provided with optimal care throughout their stay.The Nurse Director will work closely with Critical Care/ ICU Educators and other facility leadership staff to ensure compliance of regulations are being met and staff are treating patients properly. The RN Director will also have the opportunity to form interdepartmental relations with multiple department leaders in order to ensure smooth department transition and efficient care for patients.

The Hospital Director Critical Care RN will oversee all critical care units within the facility. The RN Director will oversee the department's administrative duties and be an integral part of managing fiscal duties, supply chain, and staffing. This Nurse Director will have the opportunity to provide transformational leadership to enhance the quality of patient care services and ensure all department goals are met. The Director will also be able to develop, implement and promote strategies to advance clinical standards and ensure a high performing work environment and team building.
