Family Outreach is hiring a Support Services Supervisor (SSS) for the Helena Adult Services office. The position is responsible for staff recruitment and selection, assigning and reviewing work, training, establishing performance standards, evaluating performance, coordinating professional development and related programs, conducting quality control and cost plan reviews and will assign clients and review caseloads for adult services.
The SSS will conduct monthly meetings with the Operations Manager (OM) to assess the status of cost plans and the viability of the Adult Services program. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient program operations and compliance with organizational and state requirements. The position reports to the OM, is responsible for direct supervision of adult services staff and coordinates with the Human Resources Specialist on the recruitment and training of the Direct Service Providers. This position participates and oversees the emergency on-call coordination.
Combination of education and experience which includes a bachelors degree and three (3) years experience in developmental disabilities, program administration / service coordination experience. Individuals with three (3) years experience and a bachelors degree in Sociology, Psychology, Education, Social Work or Business/Human Resource Management will be given preference over candidates with degrees in another field.ÂThis position requires a valid MT drivers license or the ability to obtain a license within one month of hire, have access to a reliable vehicle and an acceptable driving record.
Starting wage is $17.13 to $26.36, DOE. Benefit package includes: health and vision insurance, generous annual and sick leave package, flexible work schedule, 401K retirement plan and non-profit status to help with student loans.
