Receptionist at Jesco Marine and Power Sports
Job Description
We are looking for a candidate that will greet our customers with positivity and warmth, while being courteous and enthusiastic about their experience. They will operate a multi-line phone system to answer incoming calls, direct callers to appropriate personnel, complete a variety of administrative duties, assist in maintaining the showroom space and other duties as assigned.
Our receptionist is the first and last person our customers interact with when they visit our showroom. The right candidate will show a personal interest in our customers needs and promptly attend to them.
Responsibilities
Greet, communicate and respond to customer needs and questionsEscort customers to the appropriate department and ensure theyre being attended toAnswer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of the call and forward to the appropriate person/departmentRetrieve messages from voicemail and forward to appropriate person/departmentOffer refreshments to customersDistribute marketing and promotional materialsTake payments for products and servicesAssist in cleaning showroom, bathrooms and display unitsPerforms clerical duties (filing, photocopying, etc.)Check Email and Forward to appropriate personnelOther duties as assigned
Experience
Administrative: 1 year (Preferred) Experience in MS Office and OutlookEducation: HS Diploma
