Raw Steel Services, LLC is an industrial coatings and oilfield services company based in Watford City, ND. We are building several crews for immediate work in the Bakken. To apply complete our Interview Request Form.
What We Do!
We primarily work in gas plants, compressor stations, an on pipeline facilities that support the heat in your home! As our clients expand their infrastructure, we complete all of the media blasting, sanding, prep, priming and painting that ensures all of the critical components are corrosion free for years to come.
What We Are Looking For!
We are looking for workers that can learn a new skill, apply that skill with care, and build a new career path for themselves in the industrial coatings industry. Every factory, utility plant, oil/gas facility, bridge, prison, railroad, water tower, power plant, and school uses industrial coatings to protect their valuable assets.
Qualifications:
Lift 50 lbs Multiple Times Per Day
Work a 2 week on duty, 1 week off duty rotation (transportation to/from home paid)
Pass pre-employment and ongoing drug screening
Drivers license required for promotions and advancement
Must have a working smartphone (iPhone or Android) with Verizon or ATT network
What we offer:
$16-25 + 1.5-Overtime starting pay dependant upon qualifications
$1400-2200/week estimated pay
60-80 hours per week while your in ND (2 weeks on/1 week off rotation)
Qualification for Healthcare Benefits after 60 days of employment
While your in ND for your 2 weeks, we provide vehicles, fuel, subsidized employee housing

What experience is required?

Ready to learn a new trade
Stronger Consideration and Pay For
Previous job site experience in construction trades, heavy industry, oil/gas
Experience in Agriculture or Logging
Commercial or Industrial Coatings or Blasting Experience

Our company business operations is managed from the Flathead area offices. Our owners, accounting team, and support staff are based in the Flathead.
