We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working Shop Hand to join our team and support daily operations on the shop floor.
Responsibilities:
Assist fabricators and welders with general tasks
Clean and organize work areas, tools, and equipment
Load and unload materials and deliveries
Perform basic grinding, cutting, and drilling as needed
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other shop equipment (training provided if needed)
Help with prep work and finishing tasks
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Punctual and reliable with good communication skills
Comfortable working in a shop environment (noise, dust, heavy materials)
Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Previous experience in metal fabrication or construction a plus, but not required
Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
