LC Staffing Kalispell is partnering with a non-profit to hire a long-term Retail Assistant.
The Retail Assistant will be performing various professional roles to ensure the retail store is sufficiently staffed. Job duties will include: cashiering, accepting donations, providing positive and excellent customer service, and miscellaneous management responsibilities. This person will assist the manager to create a productive and inspiring work and volunteer environment.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
Proven customer service skills.
Excellent understanding of people and strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
Versatile, energetic, and willing to learn.
Ability to spend majority of time standing, walking, and assisting others.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs with occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching sometimes is tiring or awkward positions.
This position is part-time offering 28 hours between Tuesday through Saturday, day shift.
Wages start at $12.00-$14.00 per hour.
