Snuffies - the first official POG retailer in 25 years - is opening in downtown Whitefish, Montana, and we’re looking for an energetic, reliable Retail Operations Lead to help run daily store operations and deliver an unforgettable customer experience.
This role is perfect for someone who loves collectibles, enjoys helping people, and wants to learn without the pressure of a full management position.
About Snuffies
Snuffies is a family-owned collectibles shop with over 135 years of Montana heritage in trading, collecting, and community building. We offer limited-edition Pokémon cards, rare toys, collectible jewelry, exotic snacks, nostalgic treasures, and daily mystery prizes in partnership with POG Digital. What You’ll Do:
Greet customers, run the register, and ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with store setup, merchandising, and product displays
Manage inventory intake and restocking of cards, candies, and collectibles
Provide product knowledge and help customers discover rare items
Maintain a clean, organized, and fun retail environment
Support daily prize and giveaway operations
Help with basic social media or in-store content (optional)
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, dependable, and great with people
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable handling transactions and simple tech tools
Interest in collectibles, Pokémon, toys, or nostalgia culture is a plus
Retail experience helpful but not required
