Private Ranch has an opening for an individual with “uniquely qualified skill sets” for property security. DD214s are strongly encouraged to apply. 75acres rough terrain with main house on site. This property backs up to 3000+ acres of USFS
Have the space for you to bring your private hard sided RV. This is a VERY remote location. You will be required to bring in your food provisions and sidearm(s) with you. MUST be able to legally carry. Background check and drug testing will be required. ABSOLUTELY no criminal background applicants will be considered.

Duties:
Examples, not limited to: Individual will be on site, 24 hours a day. Will make scheduled armed rounds on perimeter of property.
Armed Security Guard is responsible for controlling access, foot and/or vehicle patrols and preserving order at the Ranch site. You will maintain quick and controlled responses to incidents of fire, medical emergency, trespassing threats, or hazardous behavior.
Qualified candidates must be U.S. citizens, 21 years of age, and have a high school diploma/GED able to clearly and effectively communicate in detail & keep a daily log.
You will be required to investigate any changes in property or land or unauthorized activities . Document and Notify Law Enforcement, Contact and interface with USFS Law enforcement as required .
Back up duties will include restocking outdoor furnace, wood provisions and other customary ranch duties as required
Ability to Maintain vigilance on rare occasions a delivery is taken in.
Position requires 100% onsite commitment/isolation due to Covid19 outbreak. You are welcome to bring your personal RV - level graded 3 point hook up will be provided. Hours to be discussed , but flexible no more than 30 to 40 hrs a week
