Full time positionHOURS: It is anticipated that the position will work four 10 hour shifts with one weekend day shift. This schedule is subject to change per family member needs. WAGE: $13.50/hrDUTIES:As a critical member of the Treatment Team, the Counselor Technician provides support for clinical programming by performing auxiliary services such as program orientation, education lectures/special interest groups, therapeutic charting, administrative support for counselors, and monitoring of groups. The position will deliver lectures in Cognitive Restructuring and Criminal Thinking. QUALIFICATIONS:High School diploma or equivalent and two (2) year's experience working in corrections, addictions treatment or other human service program/agencySolid communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to work with contacts, the public, and co-workers professionally and tactfully Professional appearance and demeanor
