The Karl Tyler Service Department is a fast pace, friendly working environment. Applicants must feel comfortable accepting electronic and cash payments, making change, and balancing till. The Service cashier services a vital role in the service department, greeting customers and helping them navigate the service drive, process and file paper work, answer phones, direct calls and schedule appointments. The cashier assists service advisors with submitting claims for payment and following up on claim payments. Cashier manages charge accounts and monitors late or missing payments. Cashier must be able to judge the importance of each task and be flexible in starting one task and returning to it later to finish. Basic computer skills required. Must be friendly and able to handle challenging situations with kindness and patience.
