GroWise Be Well Academy, formerly known as Riverstone School, in Hamilton, MT is seeking a part-time art instructor for the remainder of the 2019/2020 school year. Art class is held every Monday from 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Instructor must be enthusiastic, prepared, engaging, and above all, demonstrate a passion for self-expression through art that they wish to instill in students. The instructor will plan and deliver child-appropriate projects for students ages 8 to 15.
Job Commitment
-Mondays, 2:00-4:00pm, with an additional 2 hours of prep time each week.
-January 6, 2020 - July 27, 2020 (no school month of April)
Skills
-Experience teaching and interacting with children
-Proven art skills in various mediums, including drawing, painting, clay, etc.
-Have an innovative and create spirit with consistent and positive contributions
-Flexible and prepared with creative activities
-Excellent communication skills; responds quickly to emails and phone calls
Teaching Certification is not required for this position but previous experience working with children is necessary.
Compensation
Pay rate is $90/class (includes 2 hrs prep time and 2 hrs class time)

GroWise Be Well Academy is unique in its holistic approach to education.
