Job Description:
The candidate will work closely with the Principal Architect and co-workers during all phases of projects from early planning through construction. Candidate must be proficient in generating construction documentation/drawings as well as 3-D modeling for design and presentation purposes. Candidate must be goal oriented, proactive, and able to problem solve to achieve successful completion of projects within a defined schedule of work.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills
2 years minimum architectural experience preferred but not required
Proficient in AutoCad Architecture and/or Revit
3D Studio Max, Photoshop, and artistry are all a big plus
